Important note: Appointments cannot be rescheduled if it is less than 3 hours before the scheduled time.

Appointments booked with a prepaid deposit must be canceled by contacting us directly. You can reach us at (520) 441 1133. If you are calling outside of business hours, please leave a text message.

Important Note: Cancellation notice must be received more than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If the cancellation is made less than 3 hours prior, the deposit will not be refundable and cannot be transferred to a future appointment.

If clients arrive more than 15 minutes late, their appointments may be canceled and the secure deposit will become non-refundable.

In some cases, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will still try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your service. However, we may need to decline advanced services such as nail design, French tips, chrome, cat eye polish , deluxe pedicure, royal pedicure, etc. This helps us maintain service quality and avoid delaying the appointments of other clients behind you.

Please be aware that the above is not a guarantee. We cannot promise 100% that you will still be served if you arrive late.

We truly do not want you to lose your deposit and always try our best to avoid this situation. We hope you understand that our deposit policy helps us maintain the business and ensure consistent service quality. Forfeiting your deposits and sitting at our stations free do not make profits for our business. If you don’t want to take the risk of potentially losing the deposit in an unfortunate event (flat tire, traffic, your key locked inside your car, your boss made you stay late for work, your doctor appointment takes an hour longer than expected, etc.), please consider not booking for a future date and call us to check same-day availability. However, please note that same-day slots are often very limited or may not be available at all, as we are a small team with limited staff and our schedule is usually fully booked.
